How We Work
When Construction Volunteers sends a group to Roatan, we first speak with the local residents.
We ask residents what they need to better their community, and they help us in deciding on a project we will undertake. We then secure the necessary materials, and commence working.
Our volunteers work alongside the people of the community, who we pay standard wages. In this way we provide both community improvements and employment for the people of the community which are badly needed in the area.
